I met Nottz at Nightlife’s Dilla Tribute in L.A. and we just kept in contact. I had always been a fan of Nottz since the 90s. He sent me a bunch of beats and at first I had no idea what to do with any of them, but eventually it hit me… When Nottz sent me that batch – that particular beat stood out. It had the same chord progression as the Otis Leville, so I just went with it.

Young the Giant, formerly known as The Jakes, coming out of Newport Beach, Ca have released a single called “My Body“, which is off their upcoming album that is being produced by Joe Chiccarelli and mixed by Michael Brauer. A leaked, but tagged version of the snippet you heard last week has been released. Mojo So Dope is one of the many tracks that we are going to look forward to in KiD CuDi‘s second album, Man On The Moon II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager. Fans may be a little upset, the album originally was supposed to drop this upcoming month has been pushed all the way back to October 26th release, but by how this track sounds, the wait will be worth it.
