Remember the first time you saw breakers doing death defying acrobatics in a battle while a DJ scratched? How about the first time you saw an amazing MC freestyle session? Ever get your hands on a “blackbook” with masterful graffiti artwork front to back done by the kids in the neighborhood?

No signs of the Kanye West on this new music video for the Coldest Winter of “808s & Heartbreak”. The video was directed by the highly acclaimed Nabil Elderkin and it’s a visually satisfying feature that displays the emotion Kanye exudes on the track.
“It’s pretty minimalistic. It’s slow and very visual. I just wanted to catch the vibe of the song and not get too literal. Because the lyrics are very close to Kanye and go much deeper than the video goes, obviously hearing the song you know it’s very emotional.” -Elderkin
Directed by Timothy Saccenti, here is Passion Pit’s newly released video for the single Little Secrets. Their debut album “Manners” is out now.
Remember that DJ and that drummer that had that video with the spinning and eerie head making the noises? Well here they are again, Neurosonics performing live, and don’t worry they brought the bearded head along with them.
The film above shows live footage from an initial test performance of the holographic heads, with no post-production added.
Drums: Will Clark

When I first heard this, I thought it was a cheesy blend of Iron & Wine’s Trapeze Swinger alongside some vocals for CuDi’s Pursuit Of Happiness, but low and behold came the creativeness from the Los Angeles trio electro-pop folk outfit called Barbara. Very dope rendition, check it out after the break:
