Coming this 2009 holiday season, TOMS shoes is getting a makeover. Add a sweep of glamour and a sprinkle of luxury and voila! you have the launch of its exclusive holiday collection at Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. They stayed true to the classic TOMS slip-on look, but the label dabbles with exclusive styles and luxurious materials, such as silk tie for mens and metallic linens for women. “From a design perspective, we were trying to preserve the classic silhouette of Toms, but give an upgraded and exclusive version for the Neiman and Bergdorf customer,” says Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS shoes.

No worries, the added posh factor doesn’t mean they’ll subtract from their philanthropic motto; for every pair sold–prices range from $78 to $125–and TOMS will donate a new pair of shoes to a child in need.
