After the successful release of his Further EP, rising hip-hop artist, Outasight, is teaming up with LRG again for his latest mixtape titled ‘Never Say Never’. Outasightis one of those guys who will make you want to take a listen, and I wasn’t displeased with what I heard. He blends the worlds of hip-hop and soul music together so effortlessly in this project, I believe that he has officially made a name for himself. Take a listen here.
The music from this video is from cell-bop cellist Gideon Freudmann‘s ‘Denmark’ and preformed by Portland Cello Project a.k.a PCP. A Day & Night Presentation
The snippet of this track dropped a couple weeks ago and it had me salivating for the full CDQ version. Lupe Fiasco has always been one of my favorite artists out there. His words are genius and his flow is eloquent, both of those show up magnificently in this track called Go To Sleep which will be featured on Food & Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album.

Hailing straight out of Los Angeles is hip hop/rap artist, Adam Buzz. His new work is off his most recent album entitled, “Never Wanted too Much” which features L.A rapper, Killa King Castro. Adam Buzz steps out of the box with his style and transcends his lyrical ability to stand alone in the game. His music is somewhat reminiscent of Aesop Rock with a more melodic and elongated instrumentation. He will be opening for Talib Kweli this Friday (August 6th) in Pasadena, CA at The Terrace.
